DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION UK Deliveries We use UK recorded delivery at a charge of £5.95. Your goods should arrive within 5-10 days.
Express deliveries can be arranged upon request and will be charged as quoted. International Deliveries We endeavor to ship to most countries. Our charge is £12.95 and deliveries can take up to 3 weeks to arrive The price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Returns We hope you won’t need to return any Sophia & Joseph products, but if the occasion arises, please send returns by recorded delivery to: Please ensure any unwanted items are returned in their original box and packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
We advise that you return goods using a recorded method of delivery and obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from the Post Office or your carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. “Sophia & Joseph” will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and you will be charged for any lost items.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for returns if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. Refunds will be processed within maximum of 30 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place, but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.
