Our products are printed on natural fibers: 100% silk, cotton velvet, linen and hand finished, so require to be treated with care.
There may be variations in weave, texture and colour. These variations are inherent in the product and production process and are not deemed to be ‘faults’.
Dry clean only.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION
UK Deliveries
We use UK recorded delivery at a charge of £5.95. Your goods should arrive within 5-10 days.
Express deliveries can be arranged on request and will be charged as quoted.
International deliveries
We endeavour to ship to most countries. Our charge of £12.95 and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Returns
We hope you won’t want to return any Sophia & Joseph products, but should the occasion arise please send returns by Recorded delivery to:

Please ensure any unwanted items are returned in their original box and packaging, complete in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all labels and tags still attached to the item, as supplied.
We advise that you return goods using a recorded method of delivery and obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from The Post Office or your carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. “Sophia & Joseph” will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and you will be charged for any lost items.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for returns if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.
